Who you are dealing with

Kinwud is the furniture brand of Richa Industries, GSTIN 10BEVPJ9864H2ZY, whose works are at Halka No 24, Gurwalia Vishwas, West Champaran, Bihar 845450. “We” and “us” on this page mean that company.

The site does not sell

There is no basket and no payment page here, and pressing anything on this site does not place an order or form a contract. An order is placed in person on the showroom floor, or over the phone or WhatsApp with someone at the counter, and it is agreed there: the piece, the finish, the price, the delivery and the timeline.

Until that conversation has happened, nothing you have done on this site commits either of us.

What a price on this site means

Every price printed here is indicative and is the starting price for the piece as it is shown, in rupees, before delivery. It is not a quotation and it is not an offer.

A real price depends on things the catalogue cannot know:

• The material, fabric or finish you choose, which can be changed at the works.
• The size, if the piece is being made to a room rather than to the standard.
• Taxes, delivery and any installation, which are quoted separately.
• What board, timber and fabric prices have done since the page was written.

Prices change without notice. The price you are given at the counter is the one that counts.

Photographs, finishes and availability

Every photograph on this site is of a real piece we have built, not a render. Even so, a laminate runs from batch to batch and solid timber is a natural material: grain, colour and figure vary from board to board, and a finish reads differently under showroom light than it will in your room. Small variation between the photograph and the piece delivered is normal and is not a fault.

Sizes are given to the nearest useful figure and are for guidance. If a dimension has to be exact, ask us to measure the piece before you commit to it.

A piece being in the catalogue does not mean it is on the floor today. We do our best to keep this accurate, but stock moves; ring ahead if you are making a journey for something specific.

Using this site

You are welcome to read it, link to it, and share a page with anyone. You may not scrape it wholesale, copy the catalogue into another shop’s site, or try to interfere with the server it runs on.

Photographs and text belong to us

The Kinwud name, the mark, the photographs, the copy and the design of these pages are ours and are protected. Using any of it to sell furniture that we did not build, or to suggest a connection with us that does not exist, is not allowed.

If you are a dealer and want the photographs for your own floor or feed, ask us. We will usually say yes and send you better files than the ones on this page.

Some links leave this site, to a map, to WhatsApp, to a social profile. We do not control what is on the other side of them and we are not responsible for it.

Limits

We keep this site as accurate as we can, but it is published as it stands. We are not liable for a loss that follows from relying on a figure here rather than on what you were told at the counter, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing on this page limits anything we cannot limit by law, including your rights under Indian consumer law over a piece we actually sold you.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Anything that cannot be settled between us goes to the courts of West Champaran, Bihar.
