What this site stores about you

Nothing. There is no account to open, no basket, no newsletter signup and no login. The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or session-recording script. Nothing you do here is written to a profile, here or anywhere else.

The web server keeps an ordinary access log, as every web server does: the address you connected from, the page you asked for, the time, and the browser you used. Our hosting provider keeps that for a short period as part of running and securing the server. It is not used to identify you and it is not combined with anything else.

The forms on Contact and Dealers

Neither form has an inbox behind it. When you press send, the answers you typed are made into a WhatsApp message and WhatsApp opens with it ready to go. You send it yourself, from your own number, and the copy stays in your own thread.

That means two things worth being plain about:

• What you type is not saved on this website and, when your browser has JavaScript switched on, never reaches our server at all.
• Once you send it, the message is a normal WhatsApp conversation between you and us, covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms as well as this page.

We read those messages at the counter and on the trade desk, and we reply to them. We keep a conversation for as long as it is useful: an enquiry that became an order stays with the order, one that went nowhere is cleared out.

What we do with an enquiry

We answer it. We use your name, your number and what you asked about to reply, to quote, to arrange a delivery or to settle a warranty claim. That is the whole of it.

We do not sell, rent or trade contact details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question. If we ever want to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask first.

Other companies involved

Three, and no more:

• Our hosting provider, which runs the server this site is served from and keeps the access log described above.
• WhatsApp (Meta), which carries the messages the forms open and any conversation that follows.
• Google Fonts, which serves the two typefaces the pages are set in. Your browser fetches those files from Google, which means Google sees the request.

There are no advertising pixels, no tag manager and no third-party trackers on any page.

Asking us to delete something

Message or call us and ask, and we will delete the conversation and anything we noted from it, unless we are required to keep it against an order or an invoice. You can also ask what we hold; there is rarely much.

Children

This is a furniture catalogue. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.

Changes to this page

If the site grows something that does store your details, an order form or an account, this page will be rewritten before that goes live, and the date at the top will change with it.
