How soon will somebody answer?
Most messages sent from this page are answered the same day, and everything inside one working day. The counter is open seven days a week, so a Sunday is not a lost day.
Where does the form actually go?
Into WhatsApp. Your browser opens a message addressed to our counter with your answers already written out, you read it over, and you press send yourself. Nothing is emailed and nothing is stored on this website.
Can I buy from you online?
No, and we never have. Ask here about a piece and we will tell you what it costs, what it is built from and when it could be delivered. The sale itself happens on the showroom floor or through a dealer, where you can open the drawer first.
Can a piece be built to my size?
Usually. Most of the catalogue can be made to a different length, height or finish, and anything not already standing on the floor takes three to four weeks at the works. Send the wall measurement with your message and we will tell you what is possible.
Something arrived damaged, or has worked loose.
Send a photograph and your bill with the message and pick warranty as the subject. Frames and joinery carry three years of structural cover, honoured at the showroom that sold the piece, and the repair is arranged from there.
Do you deliver outside Bihar?
Deliveries run on our own trucks out of the works, so how far they reach depends on where you are. Ask with your city and pin code and we will say plainly whether we can carry it to you, or whether a dealer nearer by is the better route.
I would like to stock Kinwud on my floor.
The dealers page has its own form, and it asks what the trade desk needs: your catchment, the floor you can give us and the range you would open with. Sent from there, it lands with the right person straight away.
Can I visit the works at Gurwalia Vishwas?
Not as a customer. The works is a working floor with saws running on it, nothing is sold there, and it is the address on our paperwork rather than a place to come and look at furniture. Everything we build is on the showroom floor in Bettiah instead.
